Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Advertising Specialist, specializing in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. The core of this role involves placing, managing, optimizing and reporting on paid ad campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Launch, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Yelp, TikTok, X, Nextdoor, Reddit
• Creative Strategy: Coordinate with the internal team to develop assets (display, carousel, and video)
• Strategic Collaboration: Lead quarterly strategy reviews with franchisees and the Marketing Manager to align local and national brand goals
• Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly advertising reports per campaign
• Financial Oversight: Manage ad fund allocations and reconcile budgets with the accounting department
• Brand Growth: Develop and execute corporate-level campaigns for both franchise and national brand initiatives
• Weekly/Biweekly 1-1 meetings with Marketing Manager

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Google, LinkedIn, and Meta ad platforms
• In-depth knowledge of paid advertising strategies and optimization
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Working experience in using CRM software
• Must be able to set up and audit conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag) 

Pluses:

• Experience working with franchise models
• Experience working with insurance/public adjusting industry

Compensation:

Contract: Paid per hour
