Marketing Campaign Specialist

Job Title: Marketing Campaign Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a marketing campaign specialist to join our quickly growing team! In this remote-first role, you will take the lead on managing advertising campaigns, daily content scheduling and monthly analytics, serving as a support system for our franchisees while upholding our core T.I.G.E.R. values. The core of this role involves placing, managing, optimizing and reporting on paid ad campaigns.

Job Description:

  • Each quarter, meet with each franchisee to review campaign strategy.
  • Each quarter, meet with Marketing Manager to review National Brand marketing strategy.
  • Create Corporate ad campaigns for Franchise / National brand.
  • Coordinate with marketing team on any digital assets that are needed for display, carousel or video ads.
  • Place Digital Ad campaigns for Google Ads, Yelp, Meta, X, Tik-tok, LinkedIn for each franchisee.
  • Run Digital Ad campaigns for Google Ads, Yelp, Meta, X, Tik-tok, LinkedIn for each franchisee.
  • Coordinate with accounting on all ad funds collected and placed for each franchisee.
  • Updated accounting board to account for ad funds for each franchisee.
  • Prepare monthly advertising reports for each franchise and corporate.
  • Assist with email outreach as needed.
  • Weekly 1-1 meetings with Marketing Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Must live in the Houston area
  • Proficiency in Adobe products, including Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere
  • In-depth knowledge of Google, LinkedIn, and Meta ad platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of paid advertising strategies and optimization
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Working experience in using CRM software
  • Must be able to set up and audit conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag)

Pluses:

  • Experience working with franchise models
  • Experience working with insurance/public adjusting industry
  • Experience with Yelp, Nextdoor, Reddit Ads

Paid per hour
