Position Overview:
We are looking for a marketing coordinator to join our quickly growing team! In this remote-first role, you will take the lead on daily content scheduling and monthly analytics, serving as a support system for our franchisees while upholding our core T.I.G.E.R. values.
Job Description:
- Create and schedule daily content for LinkedIn
- Create and schedule weekly content for Facebook and Instagram
- Create and schedule weekly content on Google Business Profile, Yelp, and Nextdoor
- Monitor franchisee's social media accounts and flag feedback to the Marketing Manager
- Assist with email outreach
- Local market research, including organization research, competitor analysis
- Create monthly analytics reports across offices and at corporate level
- Lead the occasional SWAG pick-up and mailing to our various offices
- Join corporate franchise sales calls as needed
- Daily stand ups with creative team
- Weekly 1-1 meetings with Marketing Manager
- Monthly corporate meetings
Qualifications:
- Must live in the Houston area and don’t mind the occasional local errand or on-site meeting
- Keen eye for detail and consistency in meeting deadlines
- Proactive learner who takes initiative
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere is preferred
