As the Director of Operations & Marketing at Tiger Adjusters, I support franchisees through onboarding and operational systems, training, data-driven marketing, vendor management and corporate oversight. I joined Tiger Adjusters in July 2025 as the Operations & Marketing Manager and stepped into the director role in June 2026.

My experience includes two years at a marketing agency, first as a marketing specialist, then as a project manager leading campaigns and cross-functional teams for client accounts. My earlier work spans directing marketing for the launch of a College Station bar, running a freelance photography business, and a marketing internship with Texas A&M Athletics. I hold a B.S. in Agribusiness from Texas A&M University with a minor in economics and a certificate in international trade and agriculture, and has completed project management coursework in program management, resource management, scheduling, management foundations, and critical thinking.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I cherishe time with my family and dogs, Colt, Rudy, and Bear. I'm a dedicated fan of Aggie football and actively volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, serving on the Calf Scramble Committee.
