Kaylee Wardlaw is a Franchise Growth Specialist at Tiger Adjusters®, bringing the discipline, dependability, and strong work ethic that define her approach to supporting the company's growing network of franchise offices. Drawing on her background as a Public Adjuster in the Keller, Texas office, Kaylee understands the claims process from the ground up and applies that firsthand perspective to helping new franchisees build confidence and succeed in the field. She attended Tarrant County College and Arizona State University, and spent two years at Frostburg State University as a student-athlete.

While at Frostburg, Kaylee also served as a volunteer firefighter for the City of Frostburg, gaining valuable experience in teamwork, accountability, and performing in high-pressure environments. These qualities translate directly into her commitment to learning, coaching, and supporting franchise partners throughout their journey with Tiger Adjusters®.
