She attended Tarrant County College and Arizona State University. She also spent two years at Frostburg State University as a student-athlete.
While in Frostburg, Kaylee also served as a volunteer firefighter for the City of Frostburg, gaining valuable experience in teamwork, accountability, and high-pressure environments. These qualities translate directly into her commitment to learning and supporting clients throughout the claims process.
Outside of work, she enjoys working out and cooking.
