Bio

Kenneth L. Clark is an Inspirational Executive Leader who consistently coaches his team to achieve at a level exceeding their own expectations. He is able develop enterprise-wide relationships to maximize his leverage in delivering positive change for the organization. He combines broad-spectrum life experiences with an extensive history of delivering overall superior leadership and strategic direction in diverse organizations that include the U.S. Navy, transportation, warehousing financial and pharmaceutical companies. Throughout his career, Ken’s business acumen, work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative work style have led to his success in all roles. He has deep expertise improving operational efficiencies, increasing profits, cutting costs and building customer relationships to drive sales.

From May, 2016 through January, 2018, Ken directed the integration of Recall facilities acquired by Iron Mountain as part of a corporate merger. During this period, he lead teams to integrate 126 facilities encompassing >$300M in revenue, over 10,000 customer accounts and 1,300 people into the Iron Mountain system.

Prior to joining Recall, Ken owned and operated several profitable small businesses on both the East and West Coasts. He started his career as a naval officer, serving as an Assistant Engineer on submarines. Thanks to his diverse experiences, Ken can see the big picture in business without losing sight of details. He has strong interpersonal skills and innate ability to relate to diverse personalities, with emphasis on building and motivating teams to achieve excellence through performance standards and accountability. Ken is a decisive, take-charge manager who provides clear directions, along with appropriate training and tools, so that his teams can deliver bottom-line results.
