From May, 2016 through January, 2018, Ken directed the integration of Recall facilities acquired by Iron Mountain as part of a corporate merger. During this period, he lead teams to integrate 126 facilities encompassing >$300M in revenue, over 10,000 customer accounts and 1,300 people into the Iron Mountain system.

Prior to joining Recall, Ken owned and operated several profitable small businesses on both the East and West Coasts. He started his career as a naval officer, serving as an Assistant Engineer on submarines. Thanks to his diverse experiences, Ken can see the big picture in business without losing sight of details. He has strong interpersonal skills and innate ability to relate to diverse personalities, with emphasis on building and motivating teams to achieve excellence through performance standards and accountability.
